The planning process for the General Plan Amendment includes extensive community outreach and participation, including community-wide workshops, neighborhood meetings, surveys and this interactive project website. The City held a Neighborhood Meeting on Thursday, December 5, 2013, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the EOC room in City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss community ideas for future uses, design and mobility concepts along major mixed-use corridors and within the Vallco Shopping District. The meeting included a project overview presentation and two group exercises.
